Underfloor heating

Whatever the temperature outside, it will always be toasty underfoot, as most of our developments have underfloor heating.

Energy efficiency

Your kitchen is a dream to work in and keep clean, with a host of integrated appliances from Bosch and Neff. There’s so much to love, from the polished stone worktops to energy-efficient kitchen appliances.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms come fully tiled and feature Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe fittings throughout, and there are plenty of thoughtful touches like anti-slip walk-in showers. They also feature low-level LED courtesy lights with motion sensors.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms have easy-open fitted wardrobes and most of our developments feature underfloor heating, so you will always be able to find the perfect temperature.

Security & Parking

Parking spaces are allocated to homeowners, so you’ll have your own space for your personal use. Please note this is subject to availability. Visitors parking is also available on site for your friends and family to use.
